Spiritual Healing & Mindfulness
This practice is based on spiritual healing. The sessions are 90 minutes and encompass a talk, directed by Spirit, that enlightens your issues and gives insights and clarity to every area of matter. You gain valuable intuitive knowledge that touches areas such as relationships, health and healing, nutrition, career and more.
The practical tools given are typically very simple yet transformative. They can help you:

Address underlying aspects of your past that can cause stress or addictive behaviours.

We also work with your mind-body connection. At the end of the session (in-person only), you receive a "body scan" where I read your aura for information. I can scan for emotional distress signals, ailments and other issues in your aura, and convey to you what I perceive, together with giving health recommendations and healing-clearing energy "tangles".

This program is developed to optimize each of the steps. It is called Lifestyle Development, and I will guide you to fulfill your innermost desires and create the full lifestyle you were meant to live! In these ten in-depth sessions, we will touch on all areas of your life, and all changes are something you can afford and will naturally flow from your current situation, creating a huge benefit. Lifestyle Development
I have designed this 10-step approach to lifestyle development that involves fine-tuning your lifestyle and making some changes to your habits that will lead to big changes over time! These 10 steps of the program develop your body, mind and soul!
Step 1: Become
If you have ever had a soul mate, you know what I mean when I say this: They represent all the elements within you that yearn to be released and developed. He or she has the representative markings of who you truly are, inside. I will assist you in developing these areas so that you will become a whole human being, even without having someone else fill in the gaps, which, by the way, will make you magnetic to others!
Step 2: Hope
Hope in life is crucial; We all need hope. If hope is lost, we start succumbing to physical ailments such as headaches, gastrointestinal disturbances, chronic pain, allergies, mental fogginess and so on. In short, we drown in depression, sadness, anxiety and despair. Therefore, it is important to take the time to realize the abundance life has for us, as losing all hope can bring destruction to our physical and/or mental health. Without hope, we die! Thus, this step is ultimately what I like to call the “Life Saver”. Here, you gain wisdom and abundance by changing your thoughts about yourself as well as about the world, and about what it can offer you.
Step 3: Service
Service heals our souls. It is an ancient truth! We all know this: When we give, we receive more.
The focus of this module is to pinpoint the areas where you are meant to provide service and to thrive. This could be at a soup kitchen, volunteering with dog walking or anything else. We all thrive when we take the time to serve each other!
Step 4: Passion
When our career aligns with values, it becomes something that gives us joy, fulfilment and purpose. This is an area where we thrive naturally. For example, if you are passionate about health, there is a myriad of choices, where something about the very particular line of work that we find for you will align with your specific purpose naturally. So let’s hone in together on what your passion is. This will lead us to the very purpose of your occupations, and we can then isolate for you the aspects at the core of that type of work that will let your heart sing every day!
Step 5: Spirit
Spirituality at the centre of this course is meant to represent your anchor in life. The way you live is enlarge dictated by what or who you believe. And any holistic health provider knows that a well-balanced life needs to have some type of spiritual practice. You choose what it will be for you. Together, we can revive your spirituality, whether it is part of existing formal religious practices or any type, nature or free-form spiritual seeking, and find ways to incorporate some type of healthy practice you love into your lifestyle.
Step 6: Love
When we start to heal, remarkably, we will also attract others in a natural way into our lives. In this module, we are focusing on your ideal lifestyle, and once done, you will feel more ready to find a partner (if you are single) that matches it! When you have a purpose, you become magnetic, and when you are whole and loving yourself, you will find peace. And for those in a relationship, this is a “together” module where you both work together to accomplish something greater than yourselves and to find increasing amounts of common ground while at it!
Step 7: Wellness module I.
Here we are finding your heart centre. What movement gets you skipping happily to a workout session or an activity? What type of things do you love to do? This is the answer to your wellness. What do you love to do when alone? With a team?
Who do you love to "hang out" with in your spare time the most?
Step 8: Wellness module II.
What is it that you hope for in life? Physically speaking?
Do you love a dancer's body or a bodybuilding type? Would you want flexibility, dexterity, speed or strength, or both? This will guide us to develop a program that fits. And delivers for you what you are after.
Step 9: Wellness module III.
When we skip a class or a session, as soon as we can, we will restart. There is no failure. This act is the act of winners in life.
And discipline with repetition is the path of continuous small improvement. In the end, we have it all. We will feel invincible and happy!
And our body will look its best too!!
Step 10: Completion
Take a look at your new self now! You know that you have the best possible life ahead of you. You may have changed careers, found a new area to live in, found a soulmate, updated your style, gotten fit, found new friends, adopted a pet or gotten married. The possibilities are all there.
