My Story...

My name is Mia, and I bring a deep sense of compassion, empathy and intuition to my work as a counsellor. Combining mindfulness therapy with cognitive behavioural therapy, I help my clients reach more profound levels of self-acceptance and inner peace as they pursue their path of personal growth.

 

Like many of us, I have experienced my share of the debilitating effects of stress, anxiety, struggle and uncertainty. Yet, my spiritual and healing journey taught me to trust my intuition and connect to my true self. I am committed to supporting others as they change to find greater fulfilment, peace and prosperity in their lives.
